Do the SCD producers want a female to win??
It seems a bit that way to me, with Pamela and Kara being highly praised week after week (with reason! Theyre great!
)It seems to me that SCD seems to produce male winners more due to its core audience, so perhaps an attempt is being made to push the female celebs this year? |

I don't think the producers really care tbh. Pamela and Kara have been consistently good, so they've been praised for it. Kara is the only contestant who hasn't had a dodgy dance.
Scott has been the most overmarked contestant this year, so I'm not sure what that says. |

With the ridiculous over scoring of Scott in two of his dances this year so far, I don't think it's a scheme to get a female winner. I think it's a scheme to get the best dancers to the final, which I really have no problem with.

Feels that way to me, but they do it almost every year. Zoe, Emma, Alesha, Rachel etc. Due to recent male domination it wouldn't surprise me if they are pushing even harder for a female winner to 'even it up' as it were. After all, if the men continue to dominate it's going to put females off signing up to do the show.

Scott has been the most overmarked contestant this year, so I'm not sure what that says. But Pamela ?..I think she has also been consistently overmarked, along with Scott. If there is any justice, it should be Kara and Matt doing the final showdances. |

Kara..I would agree with you, she has been the most consistent throughout and would be a worthy winner.
But Pamela ?..I think she has also been consistently overmarked, along with Scott. If there is any justice, it should be Kara and Matt doing the final showdances. There's a lot of hate for Pamela on here, but I think she has deserved her scores. All of the celebs have been overmarked at some point, and Scott has been overmarked a lot more than anyone else IMO. It is, of course, a matter of opinion whether people have been over/undermarked. I just feel that Scott totally messed up his AS and still managed to get a decent score, and then he received eights for a Samba with very little hip action. That's not his fault though. I really hope that Pamela makes the final, but there's a good chance that she won't. Gavin really doesn't deserve to make the final based on his dancing, so I hope he's the first to leave. Kara should win because she's the best dancer. Her showdance should be great. As well as that, she seems like a very nice person. |

Matt has been consistently underwhelming for me, and I actually don't think he's a very precise dancer. His showdance will probably be full of gimmicks and not a lot of dancing.

Yes. I think it will definitely be between Matt and Kara in the final, based on how popular they are. At least we'll actually have a winner who can dance this year!

They're propping Scott up as best they can but he's not hacking it so I thinki that now they've gone for Kara as favourite - after undermarking her previously and possibly damaging her chances. If they stopped meddling it would be a vast improvement to the show.
