Urgent lamb help

Hi all, desperately need advice! I have a shoulder of lamb to cook for this evening. Its 1.5kg so basically how long do I need to cook it and at what temp?

Get it in now on a bed of root veg and a pint of stock, seasoning, a few cloves of garlic and some herbs. Tightly cover with foil and on a low heat, 130f-140f. Should take 4-5 hours.

Fahrenheit? 130f would be pretty low.

Doh!! I meant Centigrade. I've done this a few times now, it must be some sort of mental block. Probably because i'm in the US at the moment and they use the f scale for cooking most of the time.

If it's a good shoulder it can be cooked as a leg (gas 5 for a couple of hours if it's 1 1/2 kg)

I would always slow cook a more dubious piece.
