Also totally agree with this. Was sure Len would mention the"faffing" and also the tap dance in the middle and there didn't seem to be much quickstepping which I also thought he would mention. All very strange! Also why did Craig only give Kara 9? Surely her dance was worth a 10 if Pamela's was.

I agree. All these years later and that is still the dance that comes to mind and IIRC it was also voted the most over marked just last year.

I wouldn't have given Pamela 40, but I felt more upset about Matt Di Angelo getting 40 for his Waltz and Lisa Snowdon getting 40 for her QS (getting three to make her the record holder was nearly the end of me).

Well, Erin is a Ballroom specialist and we've all seen on ITT that she speaks her mind and doesn't toe the company line, so I will respect her opinion.

I am definitely not a dance expert, but I have seen a number of quicksteps with a bit of tap-dancing thrown in. Kind of goes with the music in many instances. I'm not entirely sure, though, whether those were show dances or 'proper' dances, so if there's an expert out there who can put us straight, please do so!

I didn't mind the faffing about with the canes, or the tap dance (which was more of a soft shoe shuffle with added sound effects) and the choreography was very, very good, so credit to James for that.

I'm just cross that the perfect score of 40 is being given for reasons other than that it was a perfect dance. If Kara gets through to the final and wins this series, she could emulate Alesha's record and never get a perfect 40. Which would be, well, wrong!
