I've avoided all the threads except the Sat night show one and mostly avoided the titles of the threads as that sometimes gives something away. Saw this one at the top and thought I would have a quick look before logging off.

A few weeks ago I ventured into another thread only for it to tell me that Ann hadn't gone out and I don't think the thread was even about Ann.

Hope they bring the results show back to saturday nights so that I can enjoy reading more threads on sunday.

Because that is what the title of the thread implied before the word spolier was added.

But why would someone list all possible outcomes regardless of who went? That would be absolutely pointless.

So you couldn't work out that when we don't know any results, any of the couples could have got 1 to 5 points from the public vote?
It's unfortunate that it wasn't originally labelled as a spoiler thread, but if people would engage their brain before clicking, they'd realise that we'd only be interested in valid permutations.

Actually Kara could have been last with the public and still made it through.

All we really know is that Matt got more votes than Gavin and Scott and Pamela got more votes than Scott.

Not likely but possible. Switch Matt and Pamela's public vote scores and the outcome is the same - Kara, Matt and Pam through - Scott and Gavin out.

Interesting. One thing I noticed last night (though I haven't checked it super-thoroughly) is that Kara was safe if she beat Pam in the public vote. (I mean that in all cases where Kara was in the bottom 2, she had fewer public votes than Pam.)

You are absolutely correct. I was just following on from the previous poster. If that post had not been there then I probably would have written 'annoyed' or 'disappointed', or not posted at all.
