Then the Platinum Age will begin as the show will be so much better.
Why why why do we need last Millennium "legends" in a reality TV show for the 21st century??

I quite like them, Tess Daly seems to have developed well over her period on Strictly Come Dancing. I always think there is often a bit of snobbishness about any presenter who does not have a bland South East of England accent.

I agree. I think she has a lovely warm manner about her, and looks amazing for her age (late thirties i think??)
The show really doesn't need a major star to host it, it just needs someone with a bit of experience of live television who can link it all together. The host should arguably be about the least important person on it.
The show doesn't need a second presenter at all and there really is no point interviewing a couple immediately after they have performed and heard the judges' comments. Wait and talk to them later when they have recovered and had time to compose themselves. It might even provide some useful content for the results show in the same way that the contestents' relatively unguarded comments as they exit the studio are generally more interesting than anything Tess extracts from them.
There really is a lot of unnecessary padding in the show and yet it isn't this padding that gets cut when the show is short of time, instead we get comments from the judges cut instead.
NOOOO to John Barrowman we would have to listen to him sing every week.
The person i would like to see take over when Brucie does leave is Ben Shephard. He is a good presenter, good interviewer and has a dance background too having been a choreographer.
