going through the motions, they probably would rather be somewhere else with someone else, but they all know the clock is ticking and without the band they're nothing.that's a nay.

Nay.
That type of music does nothing for me.
Robbie was better on his own IMO.

Yay from me! Nice to hear a band sing well live, instead of miming (not that I assume others mime on Strictly but just in general).

All of their solo careers seem to have gone off the rails slightly, so I suppose you're right. They're doing what they can, while they still can.

Definite yay.

I mentioned this on the results thread, but I don't think Robbie's mic was even on

He kept pointing it at the audience instead of singing his bit (with his standard post-comeback dazed expression), and when he brought it back and sang into it there was no difference to the sound.

Otherwise, I thought it was a brilliant performance - Gary's as good as ever and it's a gorgeous song. The performance on X Factor on the other hand :S I blame Wand Erection, they are beyond poor. Can't even sing in unison, let alone harmony.

No, nor was I, but I love Progress, it's a brilliant album. I didn't especially like Robbie solo either.. but I watched the documentary and it seems now like they're enjoying themselves, so why not?

So a big YAY! from me

BTW, how could they be on X Factor AT THE SAME TIME!!

Hologramic reproductions, a tribute band on X Factor - who knows thats the magic of television.

Definite yay from me.

At least on Strictly we didn't have to suffer the X Factor finalists as well just them on their own as it should be.
