"lameduck managing properly"

Nope, you've still lost me, I'm afraid.
I did that as I felt those were the keywords my friend.

Absolutely.

His humour may not be to everyone's taste - my own included - but it is generally self-deprecating and not dubious in content. If he targets anyone other than himself, it tends only to be the judges. They all look as if they can cope with it.
So you obviously were out of the room making coffee, then, whenever he was making all his 'dating' jibes about Kara and Artem, and dropping heavy hints about Pamela and some male personality.

Never mind, you are probably not in touch with what teenagers think about old Greytop. But the Teletubbies audience have probably expressed their appreciation to the BBC. (Note that 'probably' implies speculation, not hard fact backed by statistics.)

Did he say something actually offensive about anyone? Or was he just bumbling along trying to be funny?

Not sure what to make of your second paragraph but am I to I assume you think that no-one else outwith your own age group is entitled to an opinion?

That's nice for you but you still seem to make no sense.

Tall Paul why do you bother watching SCD?
All you do is moan about everything & everyone except for Matt & Aliona.

and who would be better, without being vain and full of themselves and has a love of dancing? Very few candidates and most of them would not be available.

Brucie makes SCD what it is. It would have a more flat feel to it without him despite the fact his jokes are 30 years old he still occasionally makes me laugh (sometimes for the wrong reason).

I bet you the sooner they replace him people will say the new presenter is rubbish. You can't win.
Bruce would still be presneting it in 2018 when hes 90 if he had his way!

I tend to agree.

Whenever the time comes for him to retire from the show, you can be sure that in typical TV fashion, his replacement will simply be whichever hapless celebrity happens to be the most chronically over-exposed at that point in time.
