I agree.
The final five programme has almost certainly thrown the dice in favour of Joanna or Stella winning the thing.
The public do like a back story in general and we saw the tough backgrounds and self made careers of Joanna and Stella against the more obviously middle class upbringings of Chris and Jamie. Stuart was a bit less obvious but certainly he didn't appear to have struggled much in childhood and his paretns seemed pretty comfortably off.
