I really cannot believe that you thought that Stuart was sincere! I think that he is the biggest bullshitter that we have ever had on the show. He kept saying how great he was and how better than all the others he was but he never fulfilled his promises. When he was project manager he was awful and Stella could not believe how bad he was either! I always felt that we could not believe a word he said and that most of his CV was made up. He was so useless and being a sales person and he could definitely not lead a team. He was rude and obnoxious so how can you actually feel sorry for him?”

He's 21 years of age, Darcy. Keep that in mind.

But where was his integrity.

I have brought 4 sons up and if they had acted as he has I would be ashamed of them. I think that Sir Alan taught him a lesson, maybe he will learn from that! Even if he is only 21! He has got plenty of time to change his ways and be more honest!

It's total hypocrisy, Darcy. SA himself is a total hypocrite.

And it's that fact that I can't get my head around.

But like you, I have children a little older than yours and believe in much the same values. But sales is a total different kettle of fish from other industries entirely in my experience. And also why I got out of it. Say no more.

My lads range from 30 to 38, so probably not older? But I do like to think that I have brought them up with integrity and this is why they have got good jobs and are well thought of! Being a teacher, in the army, a policeman and a accountant! Surely you would be ashamed if Stuart was your son and he acted like he has!

Beg your pardon about the age range of children, mine range from 30 to 19.......however stepfamily wise, it's same as you with the eldest being at 38.

All of my children, and also my stepchildren are academic except for two of them. One who is a mother and housewife with no academic qualifications, and the other, my 19 year old doing his HND and hopeful of a placement at a university of his choice next year.

So like you, it's safe to say that we've brought our children up in a certain way to reach certain assertations. But more importantly to try and be sociable beings in the big wide world.

It's the 'sociable' part that I think is the big part of anybody's life that comes into the equation, and also their own limitations and tolerance.

I think I probably come across as harsh on these forums at times.....and probably have been......regretfully sometimes.

But in other times I can see a person's heart or personna reaching out of my telly.......remarkable yeah ...but tonight, I did see it with that poor sod, Stuart.

So why suddenly the cruel humiliation and firing at the end of it? Why was Jo and Jamie allowed to leave with some self-respect at getting so far, but he was sent to the gallows like a criminal?

Nah, he might have lied on his CV, but so did others, even if it was slightly.

And there's no way on this earth that former barrowboy SA has never lied in his career to get him where he is today.”

I think it's about the TV thing isn't it the shock factor? IMO, Stuart was kept in for the entertainment and the method of his sacking was part of the game. If he wants to blag his way through life though, he's going to have to get used to being treated harshly by those who have 'been around the block.' on the age thing, if he's good enough, he's old enough and that includes taking the knockbacks. Totally agree with you on the LS bit - he will have been the biggest blagger going. I'm wondering if some of this, as a thought with Stuart, was also down to integrity in the business world and perhaps he's pushed something bordeing on illegality/fraud in his business dealings?

I don't think that's an excuse.

The lie he admitted to during the interviews was slander, which could have got him in some legal trouble.

Why should we feel any sympathy for these people who choose to participate in The Apprentice? They are all, without exception, a load of vain, publicity seeking t*s***s full of b/s. They deserve all they get. Anyway why would anyone in their right mind want to work for Sugar?
