Alan Sugar did it in a nice way though, whereas he couldn't get rid of Stuart quickly enough!!!

Sad moment. Gutted she didn't make it. I guess Alan Sugar does not reward hard work. Joanna was behind a lot of the teams winning.

Lord Sugar said some lovely things about Joanna.
Definitely one of the nicest firings anyone could ever recieve. Good luck to Joanna with her cleaning business. |

Why accept her for the process if she has no way of fitting in the organization
Or was it a bad interview

When she started welling up, I nearly did
![]() At the start of the series, I didn't like her at all. I (foolishly) listened to the tabloid stories and I didn't like her aggressive nature, but I did grow to like her and her crying got me. |

I cried. LS really tried to sugar the pill and make it as gentle a sacking as he could. It was a heart-wrenching moment and she looked so vulnerable.

I don't think she was quite good enough for the final 2 but she's very capable and hopefully will make her own business a big success and earn lot of money for herself rather than LS!

I loved Jo, she's been one of (if not) my favourite contestants this year. So sweet when she went to get up before she was actually fired. (And sweet of Chris to put his hand on her arm).

I did agree with the reasoning behind her firing, but it was sad, i agree.

It was sad, she was lovely, but I think M'Lud Alan made the right decision.

She was my least favourite candidate - I certainly wouldn't waste my tears on her - at the beginning of the series she was as hard as nails and changed only when AS pointed out how aggressive she was

I have liked her more and more each week. I was upset at her firing. She just needs a shot, I believe this show will give her that opportunity OR allow her to grow the business
My mum was a cleaner and it is bloody hard work and the fact Jo is earning money to support her kids show she is a real grafter |

I nearly did too. I grew to really like Joanna and I'm glad she got such a 'nice' firing.

Would have helped if she did a bit of research on Sugar though. (sarcasm intended)

I didnlt think her tears were sad tears. I thought it was emotion at getting such high praise and as she said at the end, she was really proud of herself.
