Stella is with Joanna, Melissa, Christopher & Paloma. Chris is with Liz, Jamie, Shibby & Alex.

Stella has Paloma which is interesting because Paloma is really strong but they never really worked together in any of the tasks before Paloma left.

How do they decide whichones come back

All Paloma was strong at was talking herself up.

I think that Stella's team is the strongest overall, as long as Melissa is kept safely locked in a box.

Both previews show tension between Stella with Melissa and Joanne, however you know how over dramatic the show is

In the clips shown at the end, it didn't look like Stuart was there at all - not that surprising after the way his was dismissed really!

Stella has no chance of controlling and managing Paloma, Melissa or Joanna one on one, never mind all 3 of them.

I think Chris has the edge. Stella is stuck with Melissa and Paloma-a right pair of troublemakers who wer both largely useless.

In early series, all were invited and the finalists got to pick from a pool of those who were available. More recently the producers only invite the ones they feel like, getting just the right number so all get picked. Early boots are less likely to get in, but sometimes do if the producers like them.

Got to admit Chris seems to have the edge. It seems to be about taking a drink of some sorts from creation to market and none of Stella's team will be particularly useful in that. If it had been a sales based task then I'd have said whichever team had Joanna in it!

I'd take Chris's team. Liz and Jamie can offer something good and Shibby was not awful.. I'd bury Unemployed head of communications somewhere he can do no damage.

Stella has Melissa, Christopher and Paloma. That's not going to be easy. Paloma's highly over-rated on here IMO. Stella's got a reasonable working relationship with Joanna.

Yeah. In terms of team management, Stella has a job on her hands.

The characters will alter slightly as the team members are no longer in competition with individual members. So, the team should come first this time....
But, as someone else pointed out, it will be edited to show the tensions.
