He mentioned that on his CV but it was meant as a joke.

That was weird. Not sure that did him any favours!

Jokes on a CV are not the thing to do if you want to be taken seriously for a job.

Unless it's for a job as a comedy writer

Exactly. That just might've cost him a spot in the final. Sure, he's on an entertainment programme, but Lord Sugar isn't looking to hire an entertainer.

I thought Margaret might try some sort of 'let's suck it and see' type joke!

Much as I found him both arrogant and condescending, I have to admit he was good value for money this series and was perhaps the most genuinely charismatic out of the bunch. I'd certainly choose his bus tour over Stella's - that's for sure!

I actually found using their application forms as a basis for their interview was a bit unfair. Of course your going to put some silly shit like that on your application form for a reality TV show. If your putting it on your CV then fair enough, but surely it was an application to be on "The Apprentice" and not an application for the job.

But "The Apprentice" is the job as well. If you're going on it for the sake of being on a reality show, then you probably shouldn't be there. I always thought Jamie was a more talented businessman than Chris, but Chris always seemed to take the process more seriously and I think that's what tipped the scales in his favour.
