Have seen several references on here to a lie Lee made on his CV, what was it?

He exaggerated the length of time he'd spent on a course.

He did not claim a qualification he didn't have.

Although McQueen told a few fibs Sugar liked his everyman quality, he didn't come over quite as cocky as Baggs, plus he did a good Terradactyl dinosaur impression which is essential in business. When you're finalizing a big business deal it helps to act crazy and flap your arms about.

This is a must-viewing for all those potential employers :

BTW, it has to be a reverse Terra-dactyl impression (not the usual one).

Very important.

He claimed he went to Thames Valley University for two years, but in reality it was only four months.

Usually when you do something like that on your CV, it's a big deal partly because they wonder what you did with the other 1 year 8 months. For example, were you in prison? As I recall, Lee was working somewhere else (and not in prison), so he wasn't lying to cover up a more serious issue.

It's true he didn't claim a qualification he didn't have. We get a glimpse of his CV with it clearly stating he failed the course. (The same is true of Stuart. We see on his CV that he is being very clear about what his company is licensed to do.)
