Don't know if it's already been mentioned, but there's an hour long programme tonight, BBC1, 10.35pm where Lord Sugar tells why he fired the unsuccessful candidates.

I'd be interesting in a programme recorded after Lord Sugar has seen the final edited footage, because then he'd have more insight, both into the candidates and into the sort of questions the audience will have. However, in the past, these programmes seem to have been recorded relatively early and merely rehash what has already been said.

Will it be honest or just self justification?

I'm going to count how many times Lord Sugar uses the word 'shrewd'. Think it will get more frequent towards the end.

It's a big decision, I want to see the show in one sense but in another I dislike LS so much that I almost can't bear the idea of watching him for an hour. It's a shame that they haven't brought someone else in, LS is hardly at the forefront of business anymore and where he is involved it's likely a result of his increased profile from The Apprentice.

I have to give credit to him for what he has achieved in the past but I do feel there are far better candidates for the position he is in.

I was more interested in week five when Paloma got fired. I wanted Lord Sugar to tell us who he was going to fire BEFORE Paloma opened her mouth at that final hour.

I was thinking about them not showing his firing but have now recalled he left due to his brother getting hurt.

Well , he has said himself in interviews that he wasn't the first choice for the show.

What is this thing with using the word 'culture' instead of attitude?

Jamie had a 'blame culture'.

Now in this programme we're told that Laura had a 'whining culture' ( or words to that effect, they word 'culture' is definitely used.)

ONE PERSON can't have a 'culture' LAS!
