Please select maximum one option per candidate.
Please select maximum three options in all.

Did you vote for that option because I did and only one vote is showing.

Dear Mods,

Please, could this poll be pinned for just 2 days?

Thanks, Father Christmas will remember your good deed.

May I say this is by far the prettiest poll I've seen. Looks quite psychedelic

I am one of the few not voting, unable to vote from Ireland.
After a stuttering start SCD8 looks all set to light up the sky with Christmas skyrockets and massive audience participation.

No substitute for star quality.

Dotti, I am at 3pm on Saturday, using all my thumbs, fingers and toes:

sum of (number of voters x number of votes per voter) = total votes deciding the destination of the glitterball.
Not everybody logs on here during daytime, so the votes to date may not be perfectly representative of the forum. Tonight around 9pm I shall report the half-way vote count.

You cast an equal number of votes for each of 3 candidates?
Are you bankrolled by RBS?

lol, I'll eat my hat if everyone who's claimed they will vote 50 times actually does!

We all know Kara's going to win this poll and the show tomorrow.

The situation is quite crazy and unprecedented.

Bookies are still offering Matt as favourite to win £8 to a £11 bet, Kara to win £22 to £11 bet. DS versus the bookies cannot both be right. It is the irresistible force versus the immoveable object.

I think she will win the poll, I don't take it as read she will win the glitterball.

Still undecided, but likely not to vote at all, or at least not until I've seen the showdances, as I like all 3 couples

I just can't see the polls being so wrong - I think all the discrepancy shows is the difference between the kind of people who place bets and the kind of people who vote.

The betters are probably banking on the advantage that nice young men tend to have in reality shows.

Anybody planning on voting 50 times needs to be locked away in tiny room for the good of both themselves and civilisation as we know it.

I shall vote once as I have approximately 300 better things to spend my money on.

Bets at this stage are based on the amount of money placed. One person could put a huge bet on and this would alter the odds. Bookies would shorten the odds accordingly as if they won they would have to pay out more money.

Just as this year the odds on a white Christmas are much shorter than previous years because more people are having a bet because they believe the chances are greater of it being true, or fewer people have placed larger bets with the same net result.
