BT Fault Phone Number?
Guys, I have a 90 year old neighbour who when trying to phone out it says there's a line fault. I cant find a number where I can actually speak to someone about it. The 151 number is automated and says there's no fault.
Anyone know a number I can call ? Cheers |

150 from any BT line.
Or 0330 123 4150 (from a mobile) Or 0800 800 150 (from a landline) |

Anyone know a number I can call ? Cheers You need to call 150 again and try to get through to an actuall person. The fault you are experiancing is not showing up on the automated system. This is not unusual as bt have a tollerance level of fault. Although one thing is you neighbour using another provider as this could be his problem. Get him to try dialling 1280 befoe the number he dials this will force the call over the BT network. |

150 is the service and billing. The fault dept is on 151 or 0800 800 151.
