I've had my money on Stella from the off, but her smugness has put me off these past couple of weeks, still - I'm sure it won't put Alan off - he does like his leggy, blue eyed blondes. Remember that silly woman who made a fool out of him?!! No, I can't remember her name either, but I'm sure he does.

As for Stuart - Stuart Baggs, Stuart Braggs, Stuart Blaggs - what a deluded idiot he was.

For the record, Stella's got green eyes

Smugness?

Or just quiet confidence?

And it's one that you need to know what a person is thinking to detect.

You're just making an assumption so it's nothing more than spin.

She didn't look smug on the ill-fated cockney tour, but handled the embarassment well. "We're lost - everyone back on the bus"....lol

The contestants only think she is smug because she is/was such a threat to them. Notice how they all took the chance to round on her when she made a mistake.

Of all the contestants that have been on the show I think Stella is one of the only people who should actually be going for a better job than the one advertised. She has made some mistakes but essentially she's sailed through the whole process and addressed any criticisms levelled at her. Initially I didn't like her but now I can see how good she is. Were she a brunette snaggletooth she would still be in the final.

If you are thinking of Michelle Debwerry who won S2, she wasn't blonde, or particularly leggy.

Smugness.

At least that's how she's being edited. The grinning in the boardroom is really off-putting.

Michelle was mousy blonde on the show, but she has gone very blonde now plus she has brown eyes and doesn't look tall. Sugar was smitten with her as he is with Stella.

Well I think you've hit on the problem there - we have no way of knowing if the smug grin is cut in from some other time.
Best not to invest too much credance in our impressions of any reality show contestants - we only see what the producers want us to.

Stella is not smug at all she has a steely determination to be successful, which I admire and I have liked her from day one: articulate, smart, and has made her own luck from the age of sixteeen (without formal education) and I wish her every success in the final, I hope she wins Being a blue eyed blonde what does that really matter ? AS is no oil painting

I liked Stuart also

And she's very obviously not blonde! Unless you count the bottle variety, which I personally don't.

It's almost as bad as 'Masterchef', the blonde young one seems to win in that one to?????????:

As for Stuart 'the brand' what an overreacion, he went a bit mad on his CV, over JUST one thing , Why are they making it out to be so bad when others have done it in the past, and people are told to big themselves up if they want to stand a chance?

They want people to fib a little for sales then go mad at baggs?.

Well put it this way, all the way through the show when Stuart said he was modelling himself on SA, we never actually heard SA denying that fact did we? Even when he was fired.

Is it the point at which to inject a modicum of sanity into this thread? For the record there have so far been 5 winners, 6 if you count the junior version. Of these 5 (6), 3 (4) have been male, 1has been a blonde, and 1 has been a dark brunette. So that's actually 1 blonde winner out of 5 or 6.

So it's not really accurate to say that a blonde always wins it.

Interestingly she's the only winner whose photo isn't in his book - sticks out a mile...

True. I like him, but the editing is 100% of making him look a bore. Bloody hell we can't all be Bonny langford. [thank god]

He is not going for a part in Annie, so I don't see the problem with him.

Lol...he might fit the bill in all ways then

But seriously, I don't rate any of the winners that much....but don't rate any of the losers either. They've all had their strengths and weaknesses and could all possibly have been the apprentice......but for the sake of entertainment, SA fired the only guy who swore on national TV that he was going to make him billions.

Why didn't he take him on and then make a TV show of how he was going to do that? Now that would have been an excellent spin off show if SA really had a brain.

That's what I was thinking! But have we seen his (bare) legs yet?

I vote underwear shot in the final!
