But on the DVD task he was the team leader, not a team member taking orders. And he has shown himself to be a loose cannon (remember the loss of the baby grow, and the embarrassment of him chasing Joanna's bus tour customers?) He's clearly not a good team member and would be at best a distraction to Chris or Stella.

Alternatively - Chris and Stella clearly aren't fans of Stuart. Given that they'd know the producers would be bringing back former team members, perhaps they asked the producers "please... not Stuart..."
