That's not why she should be hired though, well....not the only reason. She can talk the talk and sometimes even leaves Lord Sugar speechless with the directness of her answers.
Chris should just sell his voice as an antidote to insomnia. He'd make a fortune.
Also, it's about time a woman won over a man in the final.
I really, really, really want it to be Chris. For many reasons, but also because I'd like to see LA hire a REAL apprentice this time, instead of someone who's already accomplished in their career/business.
I think it's going to be a very interesting final. Stella has a lot to do with this task if she's to win I feel but she has a lot more experience of life than Chris. I like both candidates & wouldn't be surprised if they both end up with a job.
Seriously, I don't think either of them are going to set Alan Sugars business on fire but faced with the choice of a dull drone with good hair or a corporate bitch, I think the bitch deserves it more purely on the basis of her competence.
I don't think either has done much so it should be whoever shows even one tiny flash of brilliance in the final. It will be whoever fits the job available - or Chris if tours week is counted as the flash of brilliance by LS.
Stella to win. Chris is incredibly intelligent and articulate for a lad of his age and will do well in any event, but I think Stella has that edge. Underneath all of that composure is an incredibly ambitious and driven individual. The sort of person you need to help drive a business forward. At the end of the day though, it doesn't really matter - Baggs has gone, so I don't mind who wins now
Stella all the way. I know the 'corporate' tag is not in her favour but I think she will adapt to Sir Alans way of working really well. IMO people who work themselves up from the bottom usually have a real knack of assessing what is needed to succeed in their current environment and the ability to change themselves to fit into it.

How long have they now worked for him - just the usual 6 months or the whole period up till now? what could they do in limbo in between 6 months ending and now? LS should have a pretty complete view of both candidates either way? And the final view might bear no relationship to what we saw on the show.
There's also a big mystery with the job on offer. Usually it shapes his choices before and at the final stage. But is there really a special job out there thats been on hold for 8-9? months just waiting for a winner? Will the winner just be fitted in anywhere they can be? Or will the job the winner gets require different skills than the one he had in mind when he was firing and commenting during the series? That might mean a job that fitted one when the filming ended , now fits the other contender better?
