I didn't say there was anything wrong with the local retirement home residents voting for Pam, I merely quoted what was written in the local paper.
I want there to be as many votes as poss for all the finalists as it means more money to the charities.

I commented on two of your posts. And I'm sorry if I misunderstood your post about the local retirement home residents voting for Pam. To me it looked like you were bitching about Pamela. If I misunderstood then I'm sorry.

That was my point! People of all ages, all sexes, all demographics like different finalists for different reasons. Some 19 year olds might vote for Pamela, some 80 year olds might vote for Kara, it's not as simple as being the same age as the contestant, so I don't understand why they place Pamela articles with Classic FM and Kara articles with the Sun.

I don't think the money goes to charity anymore, it used to go to Children in Need but now the BBC charges the amount it costs to process the call. That's what I thought, anyway, money hasn't gone to charity for years.

True, the money from the phone votes doesn't go to Children in Need anymore.

It was published yesterday, sorry if I didn't make that clear. The OP was complaining about the amount of press Pamela has had this week, I was merely pointing out that it's a fallacious argument as all the finalists have had extensive press coverage, and it matters little anyway.

I Really hope she doesn't win at all.

the bias is with pamela for sure. overmarked from the very beginning of the series. she's good and has been good this evening but still overmarked. craig not giving a 10 for kara on her first dance because of a supposed illegal lift is pathetic. she's clearly in a different league to pamela. wakey wakey people...

The judges have no power, so they can't fix it for anyone.

If anything, they've helped Matt by giving him such low scores in comparison to the girls.
