Good post. As a Gavin fan I had no idea who I'd be voting for tonight. Probably Kara I thought or perhaps Matt. Actually I will be voting for Pamela. She danced better than the other two. She gave me pleasure in watching her. Kara's was messy. Matt's messier!

i dont understand why people are still complaining the judges scores do not matter, so what if they have favouritism towards her its the publics decision and if she comes third then so be it but IN MY OWN OPINION Pamela was the best tonight and deserves to reach the final 2 stage along with Kara - rant over.

Very true. Both Matt and Kara mucked up, but even though Pamela's was more straightforward and less adventurous than the other two dances, she didn't make mistakes.

Funnily enough, I've done a complete U-turn on Pamela.

She's easily been the best so far tonight and has deserved every mark she's got.

Loved her and James's VT as well.

Along with Kara, she got a couple of votes from our house tonight.

Pamela danced what she was given pretty cleanly - although 40 for the VW ? Didn't get that the first time, don't get it now.

Matt dances samba maybe the technically trickiest fast latin, Kara dances rhumba maybe the technically trickiest slow latin, Pam dances something with 3 steps in it.

I don't get Len in his showdance comments either. If you give the pro's free reign to choreograph what they like, then comment accordingly. Pamela and James again danced what he choreographed pretty well, it just lacked pizzaz. A shame then that Kara and Artem messed theirs up, and Matt's was the choreographer's version of Dali and Picasso on the dancefloor.

At least they made an effort , Pamela was sooooo plain and unadventurous .

That's what I loved about it - the simplicity.

Sometimes less is more. Artem and Aliona sacrificed quality for gimmicks. James kept it understated and it worked, despite the choice of music.

It's childish to have an opinion that's not the same as your own, its that what your trying to say? At what point did I say that she didn't deserve to be there? I am simply fed up of the constant bias shown towards her.

I also don;t see what her age has got to do with anything? Although it's fair to say that she and James do like to remind us how old she is all the time

Overmarked, overrated and over the hill. It was PAINFUL to see a 61 year old try and do the Dirty Dancing thing. FFS!

Dancing aside, I still find her very slippery using her psychology mind tricks in the VT footage.

She must have mentioned or eluded to her age 4 or 5 times tonight obviously knowing its a good vote winner.

Ianswaiting- I have been supporting Pam up til now and would admit that I think Kara should win based on combined performances but tonight Pam has shown that she can dance and so if she wins (or Kara) I will be happy.

I really didn't need to see her crotch flying towards me at full speed.

completely agree. James comes across as very childish and I personally hate childish men. I hope they don't win as I already don't like him but I couldn't bear to listen to him gloat over it.

My favourite never wins Strictly so I reckon it's going to be bye bye to Kara if the trend continues.

Sounds to me like as if you had a pretty entrenched opinion before they even started to dance.

I wasn't keen on any of the show dances (makes me realise how good Tom and Camilla were). I thought that Pamela and James's dance included pretty run of the mill choreography although Pamela did dance it quite nicely, but at least I made up my mind after I saw them dance.

Nothing 'over the hill' about Pamela's dancing. Just rather dull choreography.
