The best three in the final and some fantastic dancing. My scores so far tonight:

Pamela & James - 10 (VW) and 10 (Showdance)
Kara & Artem - 9 (Rumba) and 9 (Showdance)
Matt & Aliona - 8 (Samba) and 6 (Showdance)

I really hated Matt's showdance

Matt: Samba= 9 and Showdance= 6
Kara: Rumba= 9 and Showdance= 8
Pamela: VW= 9 and Showdance= 8

Didn't like any of the showdances though.

Matt performed the showdance better than Aliona did but the choreography was awful. Kara and Artem's flowed better but had even less dance (which surprised me and I think was a mistake) and Kara made quite a few mistakes. Kara looked terrified during both dances and in the rumba she had quite a few moments where she was teetering about.

So I have Pamela first, then Matt and Kara about equal, but Matt ahead because he has performed better with what he was given to work with. If I had to give scores it'd be something like:

Pamela - 9 & 9
Matt - 8 & 7
Kara - 7 & 8

Kara - 9 (Rumba) Showdance (6)

Matt and Aliona

Showdance - 7 (mess, not enough dance, lots of errors)

Showdance - 7 (more dance than the other two, but hackneyed choice of music and lacking spark)

(For the record I love all three couples. I just feel massively let down by the show dances, and in particular Kara and Artem's )
