I have only one wish. Please, please get rid of Bruce. I used to love him. But this series he has been awful. For example the constant exhortations to the dancers - look , look , look when there was a standing ovation. The irritation when the audience didn't get the joke - the usually crap joke. Last night latching on to word watchable was really pathetic.

More proper pro routines like we used to get in series 4-6, not the rubbish theatrical stuff they were forced to do this year.
Musical guests must have a pro couple dancing to them, we didn't get enough showdances from pro pairings this year.
Vincent and Flavia's AT slot in the quarter-final restored.
If there has to be themed nights, then make them good ones like the movie night and Blackpool and not tacky like the Halloween one.
No shameless over-promotion of one contestant, and no joke contestants for that matter either.
A new cameraman who actually shows us the dancing.
Ditch the smoke machine and lighting effects, I'd quite like to see the footwork.
Costume department to remember when they used to be good - series 5 especially. And stop being over-ambitious and just generally making dresses look cheap.
If Tess has to stay, sack whoever wrote her autocue all series and replace them with someone who actually knows how to write decent questions/comments that don't involve contestants' love lives!
But most importantly: live results show on a Saturday night, an hour or so after the main show. Sunday night is impossible as it's a total waste of resources and the contestants' time to do a live show for half an hour on a Sunday and make them work a 7 day week, but Saturday they're there anyway.
And an ITT special after the final would be great, with ITT restored to its former glory rather than the tacky dance psychologist and Len's clinic slots of this year.”

I LIKE the judging panel as they are - CRH for his honesty, Len for his knowledge, Bruno for his enthusiasm and Alesha because she knows what it is like to be a contestant and gives an honest opinion of what the celeb AND the audience are thinking. Personally, I like the fact that she is not an expert judge.
For the dancers:
- not keen on Jared and never really liked Vincent (as a dancer) or Brendan
- Artem MUST stay, he is a great choreographer and totally focused on showcasing the celeb, not always the case
- don't like Kristina or Aliona

Karen won't come back as a dancer as she (along with Camilla) left the show of her own accord. Lilia quit herself too, but I doubt she would have done so if she hadn't been demoted to a Dance trouper. On that note, the Dance troupe maybe need to go, unless they are utilised much more next series. It seemed pointless for them to dance so little despite having more time to choreograph dance routines than the celeb-coupled Pros. If they are going to be under-used next series then prob don't bother.
I would keep all the judges, although I feel indifferent to Alesha so am not entirely bothered as to whether she stays or goes. If someone like Karen or another ex-professional was given the opportuniy to replace her then I'd prob prefer that option.
I would keep all the girl Pros, as I think they all contribute well to the show. But I think next year Kristina needs a good partner or she might just leave of her own accord. Out of the male Pros Jared HAS to GO sadly. He's a lovely guy but I just don't rate him as a Professional dancer, or teacher for that matter. I wouldn't be bothered if Robin went but would rather he stay than someone like Darren come back. I don't have much love for Brendan but I doubt the Beeb would get rid of him or James because of the 'bad' boy thing (even though its a long expired act).

Have much more contemporary and current artists/bands performing on the Results show.

Judges - ditch Alisha and replace her with Karen or Lilia, keep Craig and Bruno, give Len the ultimatum that if he wants to stay he gives up doing DWTS as I'm sure that all the travelling is one reason for him being so grumpy and irrational this year.
Dancers - Sorry Jared, but you were out of your depth and should go. Bring back Ian - and swallow your pride and ask Brian to come back... Give the girls another year - agree that Natalie needs a poorer dancer to deal with - and that Christina should get a crack at a good contender, as she's never had the chance to show what she can really do...

Retire Brucie and Tess. Give someone new a chance. Anton and Gabby Logan as presenters, with Anton taking Brucie's role.
Ditch Alesha and replace with Karen Hardy. Add someone else to judges, maybe Camilla Dallerup or Matthew Cutler.
Lose Jared and Robin, bring back Matthew and Ian.
Lose Erin Boag, bring back Lilia.
Pros
Brendan (I don't think he has anything more to offer apart from his customary mid-series spats with the judges and they are boring now).
Aliona (two years on the trot her choreography has been dreadful, she's too stubborn).
Anton & Erin - Their Latin is weak compared to others that have joined the show since series one. It's not fair on their partners.
Jared - Seems inexperienced, but the way they've been promoting him on ITT, I reckon he'll be given another chance.

Replace Bruce with Eddy Izzard.
