A little late for that I fear.

Letters, on the other hand, do get read and filed and often replied to (even months later).

What is more valuable is that they actually count in the stats of public opinion.

So, write your letters now, and in the springtime, and maybe by the summertime, the desired result will come about.”

But I'm too shy to speak on national TV, LOL

However I think we'll have Brucie for at least another year. I like Tess as a second presenter but we need a strong male presenter at her side.”

.. please not Barrowman (slightly manic).. adnb while we are on about putting Bruce out to grass, can we send Len with him.. PLEASE!

The most irritating point about Bruce I find, is when he sticks his unnecessary two penn'oth in when the judges are giving their appraisals, no wonder sometimes they have to miss a judge out.

We neen a less "in your face" host and some of the likely contenders would be worse than Bruce.

No Brucie is best. It makes him look human when he mucks up and it is good fun. He takes the mick out of himself to which is great.

Who would you have presenting the show? Would he be as good as Brucie? I doubt it.

You get used to whoever replaces (assuming they can actually finish a gag)....I thought the same as you when Amanda Burton left Silent Witness "it'll never be the same....", but then the show actually got better!

He is embarrassing now. He's not as funny as he thinks he is, and his corny, self indulgent jokes about the judges and contestants actually takes up time, meaning we don't always get to hear all of the judges comments. Why can't he just stick to doing the links instead of waffling on?

I always thought that Paul O' Grady would be the best person to replace Brucie. He can do live television, he's quick witted and funny and is also very good at empathising with people without sounding patronising. He would be perfect on Strictly, but the Beeb missed the boat and now he's back at ITV.
