Have just been watching a bit of American idol (skipping between ITV2 and ITV2+1 is almost as effective as ff!) - It's jsut finished and I was expecting the results show and I've got Celebrity Juice instead. (It has to be one of the most pointless programmes ever so I'm now going to turn it off.) So where's the results? And when?

This is the problem with getting the show relatively soon after America - the results show doesn't air there until tonight. We're only a day behind. Makes it easier to resist the temptation of spoilers I guess.

Yes, very fetching in a lace blouse - we need a mmmm smilie here To be honest I don't watch it that closely, kind of multi-task, on the computer etc. Jealous I don't have a slanket, I do have a cuddle bear though, a huge flopppy stuffed black bear, love him to bits.

Just caught up on American Idol this week.

A few gave less than inspiring performances. Maybe they peaked early.

Wasn't even moved particularly by the Rory Mc Grath lookalike this time and he's usually good fun.

I'm thinking the guy with the rock voice and high notes which make Mariah Carey sound like a Contralto might be this year's winner?

Yes, I think he may be a contender. I think the country boy will be up there, and the blond girl who did the Lee Anne Rimes yodelling song.

Plus if I remember she is a Celine Dion fan and Celine makes my ears hurt - Sorry but don't really remember the rest.

I kinda loved tiny little Thia for singing so soft and controlled in her song because she didn'r OVER sing or show off.
But then she went and ruined it by doing some stupid showing off in the middle.


That yodeller is trying to be sexy and yet she looks so babyish. She's all baby fat and curls.
Bit unsavoury the way she gives those knowing looks. Especially when she throws the looks in Mr Tyler's direction.

Ive found a gym which seems nice and does some interesting classes.


Just haven't quite managed to haul my fat lazy ass in there to enrol yet. The classes are a bit early, and I don't do mornings.
Us rogues and vagabonds don't get up until the crack of noon.
So this is going to take a heck of a lot of psyching up to go and do.


Mind you, I have just had my third cold of the year and felt lousy the last few days. The other half has it too. We both started sneezing at exactly the same time and have both been absolutely hateful for a few days.
How can two little noses produce so much snot????

Spent the afternoon, early evening watching the movie Kingdom of Heaven with the beautiful Orlando Bloom, fraid I consumed a little more alcohol than could possibly be deemed sensible, so a little squiffy.

Watched a little DOI, rather like the Overtones, the skating meeh.

I have been a little too obssessed with the Japanese earthquake than could possible be deemed healthy, rolling news on Sky doesn't help.

Don't mind the teeth, the programme is just beautiful, sit there going wow all the time at the space images.
