That's not all they say:

I take that on board
I welcome the feedback
I hold my hands up to that one
At the end of the day

One of my favourite moments in the series was when Lord Sugar demanded that all the cliches be dropped and Liz in particular had a terrible time trying not to use any of them

They did a fun montage on the US Apprentice of them all saying 'Step Up (to the plate'

Either people or thought others were, were'nt, should be, could be, would be, STEPPING UP.

What about how many times we've had to endure the phrase "this process"?

I've never heard it in any other series yet in this series it was every five minutes.

Good thread. Another one that got on my nerves was Alex's constant refrain "D'Yer know what .." at the beginning of nearly every sentence. It's actually a kind of verbal virus that's infected a lot of DJs and other presenters too.
