Anyone know when exactly Stella and Chris made their presentations to the drinks industry? Despite any confidentiality I would have thought it would be very hard to stop knowledge of such a large event leaking out!

Well, believe it or not, it happened back in 2009.

So when was the whole series actually filmed?

And when did Stella/Chris find out who had won?

Between sept-nov as normal, it normaly runs march-May but Conflict of interests/BBC impartiality meant it had to be delayed till after the election, then schedual clashes meant further dealys and could not be screend till now.

The official party line is that they found out last week.

In the past when there was only a gap of 5 months from shooting till screening the final decision was made only a couple of days before the final show is screened there is a rumour that two reaction shots are made to avoid leeks, this year however with over a year between shooting and screening i think things may have been changed.

I thought that, in the past, the two candidates worked for Sugar somewhere for a few months BUT that the final presentation and boardroom were filmed quite close to broadcast date. It sounds like this "final" was filmed a year ago.

If the actual date is not known they must ask the entire audience to keep it confidental.

They would have to shoot the two 'final' boardroom scenes at the end of the main filming because otherwise they'd risk continuity errors with things like hair length and styling.

Also, there would be no advantage to shooting those scenes later unless that were actually done almost the day before the final YF.

Not sure what you mean about the audience as the boardroom scenes aren't filmed in front of an audience.

You're Fired is filmed shortly before broadcast of the episode. So the audience are only a couple of days ahead of the public. Leaks do happen. Such as one on here recently when someone revealed the "full of sh?t" comment about Stuart.

With both possible endings being filmed, presumably both candidates get a ride in Lord Sugar's car as well? Clearly Stella had her autumn 2009 look. So there will be footage of Chris riding in the car as well!

I meant the "product launch event" where the final two candidates show off their "products". That has quite a large number of "Industry Experts" - some of whom might be expected to perhaps "leak"!

They wouldn't necessarily know that it was the final task - as the earlier contestants were back for the task it would look like an ordinary task, but with Stella and Chris being the ones delegated to do the presentation.

The presence of His Lordship would be a bit of a giveaway for those who've seen the programme before.

Not just a rumour. It's stated on the BBC website.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/apprentice/series6/workings.shtml, last two questions.
