The 10 winners compete in a few tasks to find the best of the best. They could win something as a prize. Perhaps some cash. Sugar wouldn't fire anyone as such, perhaps just pick his favourite.

That's a good idea but I doubt that the potential participant would want to risk changing their status from winner to loser.

Unless, perhaps, it was for a charity version.
