Recently finished The Leopard by Jo Nesbo, I think Nesbo is actually quite a good writer, far superior and better structured than the hugely disappointing and over-rated Larson.

Now reading The Marriage Plot, bu Jeffrey Eugenides , absolutely LOVE it, so well written, paced, and lots to digest on the way. Highly recommended.

After my curiosity got the better of me I started reading the Hunger Games. Absolutely LOVED it!! For everyone that's mentioned it so far, I can't thank you enough for such a brilliant recommendation.

I'm about 2/3 of the way through Catching Fire and really enjoying that too. I'll probably have the trilogy finished by the end of the weekend.

Shopaholic and Sister - Sophie Kinsella. Just when you thought Becky couldn't get any worse, she does.

Miles To Go - Miley Cyrus.

I have just finished Bad signs, absolutely brilliant. The man has never written a bad story. I have all nine of his, fave should be A Quiet Belief In Angels but also enjoy a simple Act Of Violence and Candlemoth a lot

Life With A Star by Jiri Weil : It's a classic Czech novel set in Nazi occupied Prague and the star referred to in the title is the Star of David which the narrator is forced to wear for being a Jew. Just started it but it's a most interesting read so far.

Finished Mockingjay, put a more detailed review in The Hunger Games thread.

Now reading When I Found You by Catherine Ryan Hyde, almost certainly a poor Jodi Picoult.

Steve Jobs biog. Interesting. He was a psychopath fruitarian with no personal hygine .......
.
Unfortunately, author Isaacson has no idea why Apple succeeded! It was the clever colour & disc drive circuitry on the Apple2 - by Woz - which allowed VIsicalc to be written, and brought in the profits that funded the Mac ........

Guys and Dolls and other short stories by Damon Runyon.

I'm also reading another book at the same time, The Frightened Man by Kenneth Anger, It's an ok book but I switch to Runyon when I don't wish to read about murder.
