Strange Charge from Orange Mobile
Hi
I bought my daughter a PAYG Samsung C3050 on the Orange network....for xmas. There are already 5 charges for.....''GPRS ap-prepaidsessio '' on her account after only 2 days. What on earth are these charges for ? She signed up for the PAYG Monkey plan......free internet and texts... I just cannot work out what the above means....I spoke with an Orange cs rep and he didn't know ???? Can anyone help ? Thanks. |

Check the web statement for extra info.
It might be one of those very stupid pointless paid 'plague' services she has clicked. Amd messaging/emailing customer services from the web account usually gets a proper answer. |

I can't find any extra info on this charge anywhere on the web statement. |

They told me Monkey had 2mb of free internet use every day....?
I can't find any extra info on this charge anywhere on the web statement. You get free music downloads and the opportunity to buy unlimited texts for £5. You also get a free days pass for 2mega bytes of browsing. you need to activate this on the days you want to use it. You do this through Orange World. It's Dolphin that comes with free texts and free internet. |

I find it strange that an Orange CS rep can't tell us what exactly those charges are for ..... Cheers everyone.
