Sir Bruce will go on and on, he has already said he's not going to retire, why should he, Sir Bruce is a living legend.

The problem for the BBC is that all the suggested replacements have been more cringeworthy than Bruce, so he'll be staying until he decides it's time to go.

I don't think they need to replace him when he retires (I think this will be his last year by the way). Tess will just do it on her own.

I agree none of the suggested names are suitable and it will be a thankless task. That's why I think Tess will do it all.
