Well, I sent off for an autograph on the 28th January, I have heard she can take up to a year to reply, depends on how busy she is. Plus she has kids to look after too.

Well... It's been nearly a year did you get her autograph?

I was wondering whether Leanne/Jane had an appreciation thread! So glad it's been found

I've always loved Leanne. I think she's been fantastic recently, especially with the fallout of the trial. Can't wait until she's back.

Me too! Jane is one of my favourite actresses and likewise Leanne is on the street. I was watching old clips lastnight on youtube from 1999, it's amazing how much her character has grown!

She was fantastic when she found out about the affair, really raw and believable... I'm so excited for her coming back, it seems like she's been gone ages and it's only been a week!

I've recently watched the falling down the stairs/miscarriage clips of her. Her acting in those scenes was in the same league as the affair reveal. Particularly when Stella comes in to see her and just holds her while she cries. Never fails to tug at the heartstrings. It's such a bittersweet scene

I know... I was crying at that scene and last week aswell. She really makes you feel what she is going through!

I'm presuming she will move in with Stella when she gets back, I wonder will she work there? I wish we had some spoilers for when she comes back.Grrr

I think she does move in with Stella.. where else would she go?

I'd rather like to see her behind the bar!

Someone made this video up with scenes of the episode where Leanne miscarries, it's brilliant. The song goes so well with the scenes.

Well I hope so I'd like to see them together! And yea me too, I think she'd make a cracking little barmaid. Does anyone remember her behind the bar years ago?

I don't, but I reckon she could certainly deal with anyone who crossed her at the bar!

Isn't it! The way they do things back the front... And yea they were all great. A scene in particular that stands out is after the doctor tells them they have lost the baby, the both look so shocked and then Leanne starts to cry. It's heartbreaking.
I also liked when she asked Stella to stay.

Yeah, even though Peter wasn't particularly looking forward to being a dad again, I think he was genuinely upset for Leanne. The scene that always stands out for me (even though it's so brief) is when Leanne's behind the door, and Peter just reaches through and strokes her hair and says "I'm sorry Lea..". I just think that's really touching.

If she does, they're not going to make it easy for her. Already they've given her a miscarriage, fertility problems and a husband who wasn't keen on trying for a baby in the first place! But I think a pregnancy for her is a long way off anyway.

I think so too, I initally thought they may have had Leanne pregnant when she came back but there's no spoilers so she can't be.

I wish Becky was still around... I think her and Leanne could have been good mates if they were given the chance.

Even if she was pregnant, I doubt Peter would care that much (as bad as that sounds). The child he's already got has been put second to Carla, so a baby would stand no chance imo.

Yeah I agree, he can't see past his d1ck at the minute. This is actually in character for Peter, the more people are against him and Carla the more he'll put her first... I wonder what Leannes relationship will be like with Simon when she gets back?
