This is the second year mine has been given one. She has brilliantly trained me to roll the ball, but never managed it herself

Haha, yes, I know exactly what you mean. Waste of money that was

I have three keys missing from my laptop because her 'thumbs' caught in them, she is the heaviest footed cat I know. More claws = more pain when I get swiped. Mind you, when her thumbs get attached to things and she can't let go, she does let me have a little go at them with a nail file Wouldn't swap her for the world.”

Ahh, I said it as apparantly in humans it used to be said it was a sign of luck. But YOU are lucky if your girl lets you file her claws. Mine sounds as if she's being murdered. Her brother is fine and seems amused watching them ping everywhere but not her.

Its funny because even though he is a pedigree Chocolate British short hair, he could never be a show cat because of the white tuft.
Tim is a little stonker though, lovely, happy looking cat you have there ”

That's a shame as the white tufty bits are natural aren't they...a sign of maturity (pubic hairs ). Thanks, I think my Tim's a little stonker too but he doesn't look too happy in the santa pic. Mum & Dad had a BSH and in the sun she turned a gorgeous maroon colour but Tim goes blue. He's a blue/black. I've never seen that before in a cat.

I only got my cats some food treats and one of them was Whiskas Temptations, they went nuts for them!

Am I an awful Mummy that I didn't get mine anything!?!? It's just they seem more interested in pen lids and walnuts than anything I ever buy, waste of money!!

I'm not the only one then

She doesn't mind me rolling the ball around so that the treats fall out but hasn't quite mastered it herself...funnily enough. She's an ignorant cow.

You most all have docile pets - Amber would never let us dress her up

Although she did pose happily for this one http://i169.photobucket.com/albums/u...Picture674.jpg

(I promise we only did it for one pic and then 'freed' her!)

After endless Birthday / Xmas gifts we gave up this year and I just wrapped her up some of her favourite cat nibbles. She preferred the ribbons on the pressies and screwed up wrapping paper to anything we have ever bought 'for' her

I got my two the 'Catit Senses' play circuit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VJlyG...eature=related

They love it! I'm gonna get them the massage centre and scratch pads add-ons soon.

That looks quite good, haven't seen that before.

Heehee, if I did that with mine, she'd chew through the wires. She spent the entire Christmas sat under the tree with sudden scrambles up the centre of it trying to climb it and little nibbles at the lights. When I took it down today and shook it upside down to close it up, several branches fell out where she'd chewed them off..little monkey!

I didn't have any problems with presents, but my cat Jess took great exception to the model Santa that I put on the window sill. Not content with just hissing and spitting, she tore into him with a wild abandon that only terminated when I wrestled him from her grasp and chucked him in the airing cupboard

Maybe she has a phobia of santas as some have of clowns.

Well, one lot of my gerbils got a wicker house (yes, it's meant to be chewable).

They had it today, and I estimate it'll remain intact until the morning.

The photos on here are so funny and cute. I bought mine this crackle tube since he likes getting in plastic bags and he's walked through it once

Waffle got one of those Kong cat toy things (This one, actually - http://www.pet-supermarket.co.uk/pro...43_1_Large.jpg)

He went mental with it for about an hour or so before tiring himself out.

4 days later it was all but destoyed and covered in gravy stains (he likes to "feed" his fav toys").

As of yesterday the plastic ball inside with the bell in it is on the verge of falling out (I'd say it has 1 or 2 days, tops) and it has turned from yellow to a browny-yellow with food stains. It is no longer recognisable as a "duck" as the majority of the duck face has been eaten.

... I'd say it was a successful present, lol.
