Switch on Set-up on Sony TV

All,

I've got a Sony KP-41 and want to know if it's possible to set it up so that when I switch on it automatically goes to the AV3 channel.

On my Sony Set you can set each AV input to a specific number. I have Sky set to 9 and my DVD to 0. If you can do this on your model you will be able to go directly to whatever input you want by simply pressing the correct key on the remote. Of course this assumes that you are switching on the TV from standby using the remote. I expect that if you are turning it on from the mains that the only way to do it is to set channel 1 to the required input.
