Where can I get a royal iced fruit cake after xmas
I've polished off the one I bought from Tesco and now can't find one.
I've tried Tesco Extra, Asda and Sains but they only have the soft iced ones. Is my only option to make one myself? |

I think M&S do them all year round - possibly as budget wedding cakes.

Our Tesco is selling all the Chrismas cakes / Stollen / Christmas puds at reduced prices now. I bought an un - iced Christmas cake today for £1.75.

M&S range are "regal ice" the soft iced ones. Not the hard royal icing type.
Think there is a Waitrose in Leeds so might give them a ring before heading over. Checked a couple more Tescos near me and nothing in them. |
