I can't live without meat because it tastes so great.

So what do vegetarians miss the most?

As a vegan i only miss the taste of eggs. Meat and dairy never appealed much to me as a kid so in adult life i naturally became vegan. I do miss eggs occasionally but that's about it. Can't see what the fuss is about with peoples' dietary habits... either way. Each to their own

I don't think the OP is making a fuss, they just seem curious.

Yeh i can see that although unless someone is thinking of changing diet i don't quite get the curiosity.

Well, morphologically, we're omnivores so a break from the norm is likely to rouse curiosity.

Sausages and chicken kievs. The veggie alternatives just aren't as good.

The only thing that seems to be completely irreplaceable is salami. There just isn't anything that has the same oily, chewy, aromatic quality.
