Preparing Haddock
I have been lucky enough to be given 4 fresh haddocks. Problem though is that they still need to be gutted, boned and filleted. I have never done this before though, where do I start???

You can probably find some fish filleting vids on youtube. It would be easier than reading about it.

Video sites such as videojug are the best places to learn new skills.

If you've never filleted fish before you can get in a right pickle. My advice would be either get someone who knows to show you or take them to the nearest fishmonger and ask him to do it for you. It will be easier with a filleting knife if you are going to attempt it yourself!
