What to do with half a leg of lamb
I bought half a leg for Sunday but we ended up eating out so I am going to cook it tomorrow night.
Any ideas what to do with it? I don't want a traditional roast as I had that today. I get back from work at about 6pm so it has to be something I can do in 2 hours max |

I'd make a curry, you can freeze what you can't finish. Mmh, lamb curry.

Dust the lamb with ground cumin and roast it sitting on chaoped mediterrean vegetables and serve with cous cous.
