Oh I loved Just A Mirage, another one of my coveted 7 inches that still gets a spin from time to time. Guest vocalist Adele Bertei had also had a chart flop in 1985 with this funky enough little tune
When It's Over.
It's on a really obscure compliation tape I have called "Out Now! 2", presumably an intended 'rival' series to Now! and the lesser Hits which never took off - and given it seems to consist mostly of low or even non-top 40 charting tracks, that's hardly surprising; there wasn't really any room in the market I suppose when the aforementioned series had already creamed off most of the top 40 catalogue.
My favourite track on there is this Adventures' criminally non-charting stormer,
Two Rivers.
It's also a shame that everyone remembers Amazulu today for (aside from the singer's hair) their cover of 'Too Good To Be Forgotten', when their 1985 original calypso hit
Excitable was IMO the better and funkier tune.
