We shut Bobi out of the bedroom last night but both still woke up at 2:30am anyway!! Guess we've just got used to it Going to try doing that for a few nights and then let her back in and see if she has got the message!

I know some people feel you shouldn't let pets in the bedroom but every owner is different

Thanks again

My little cat is exactly the same ! When I shut the bedroom door to stop him coming in, he whines and scratches the door until I eventually have to give in.

He also has this little ritual at night of alternating between licking my hands and wrists and then very gently biting them

Why can't you leave the bedroom door open for the cat to come and go as it pleases? That's what I always did, and sometimes I'd wake up to a cat and sometimes not, depending on what he felt like.

I hope he doesn't wake you with a baseball bat like Simon's cat
