I've had my foxsat hdr replaced today. Orginal problem solved (no colour on VCR scart out and no Ethernet connection). Major problem now which I think could be Hard Drive related? Watching Silent Witness from recorded about 15 mins behind. Picture occasionally freezes, skips forward a few seconds etc. Some slight pixallation, but not in the same way as a poor signal. Anyway, signal quality is 100%. Do I need another replacement?

Ruled out signal issues. Went back and watched a section that was freezing before and this time it was fine. When fast forwarding or rewinding it is not smooth / it freezes at random points before continuing. Looks like another box unless box. Grrrr.

I don't ever use fast forward or reverse preferring to use the programmeable forward and reverse skip keys which are much more convenient. Two forward skips with default of +2mins is pretty smack on for ITV1-HD. The playback of Silent Witness only used normal playback and pause.
