BBC1, BBC-HD Signal loss recently
Has anyone else been getting very eratic and sudden signal degredation and loss of these channels recently, doesn't seem to be weather dependant and other channels still come through fine which indicated to me that it might be BBC signal strength rather than equipment problems my end.
Odd thing is when the signal comes back upon looking at the strength meter both are virtually 100% ![]() Humax PVR, Sky Dish...... |

No problems here, most likely a local source of interference. Wireless router or cordless phones maybe.

Really? Wireless routers and cordless phones can obstruct signals? Nothing has changed in my house, no new tech and I pretty much far enough away from other houses for that not to be a problem.
Hmm a mystery. |

I've had similar experiences this past weekend, and now when I change channel, cross transponder, I get a bad or no signal error for a few seconds, before picking up the signal again.
I've created a separate thread for my specific problem. |

Aha.....virtually the same as I get, turn on BBC and nothing just a "bad signal" message then maybe a few minutes later if I am lucky I get them back again....most annoying.

I too have seen many glitches on Astra2D channels (mainly BBC) since the start of December.
