My parents want recordable satellite tv but don't want to join Sky as they don't want a subscription.

I've suggested Freesat. I don't know much about it as I'm a Sky customer.

They don't have a dish. They do have a HD ready tv.

Is there much price difference between Freesat and Freesat HD.

Is Freesat + the same as Sky +?

Where is the best place to get the whole package, receiver, dish installation etc.

Thanks in advance.

Yes, but it's worth it.

As near as you can get - it's certainly Freesat+ you want - I would suggest the Humax one.

Even Argos and Comet do it, but any electrical retailer probably does.
