I completely agree, there is nothing stopping the council putting in machines that give you change. But to put this on a programme about rip off Britain, when its not really a rip off, is just a joke!! The programme seems to be aimed at non starters, not the real targets. How about campaigning against wheel clampers, who are the real rip offs or a million other things that they could have campaigned about instead!
