Salted Caramel
Gawd, its horrid.
Another cheffy chef thing, isn;t it. I bought some little M&S chocolate pots to try it, and wasn't impressed at all. |

I bought some salted caramel chocs from hotel chocolate a while ago and they were nice. Not sure it's a cheffy thing as such as contrasting tastes often work well together like sweet and sour etc

I got the big jar from M&S over Christmas to heat and put over ice cream but I ended up eating it with a spoon from the jar. It was lovely and not very salty at all imo

I've been eating peanut brittle recently. It's very nice although it does get stuck in my fillings.
