So Karen is the Vice-Chairman. That means the Chairman is above her so is more responsible for the situation than her. Since when did the Vice-Chairman have more power and over rule the Chairman? Interesting you still say Chairman and not Chairwoman or Chairperson That isn't the real problem you have with her is it? ![]() |

The important thing, though, is that she's back and no one has allowed the trivial problems of some stupid football club influence the programme makers.

Why is a football club "stupid" and why are their problems trivial ?

Just the way of the world, I suppose.
![]() As a fan of the Apprentice but someone who doesn't like (and probably doesn't understand) football it does make it difficult for you to hold an objective opinion |

That doesn't really answer the question though

I have seen enough examples of idiot footballers and their idiot fans to have a reasonably objective opinion.

Rather a sweeping generalisation and an unflattering view of me !
But you do see some prime examples from time to time. |

I didn't say all footballers or supporters were idiots. In fact, I doubt that most are.

No different to any other groups in society then
And if, for example, a soap opera fan were to come on here suggesting that one of the apprentice team should go because of something unrelated that they were doing concerning some soap opera I would be similarly dismissive as that would be similarly irrelevant.

West Ham are not being particularly well run both in terms of their footballing performance and in the way they have treated senior employees of the club. KB is employed by both WHU and the Apprentice. Her role with the latter is going to draw attention to her performance as vicechair ( ) of the former and vise versa. Why isn't it possible to like football and the Apprentice ? |

Are you suggesting that the CEO of a football club has no influence whatsoever over how successful that club is on the pitch ?

The CEO's influence on the pitch should stop when they sign the cheque to buy the players. You wouldn't expect the first team coaches to set the prices for the pies, so why should the CEO get involved with team selection and tactics?
The way the West Ham manger has been treated has been poor at best and shocking at worst. KB has to take a responsibility in this |

Karen fancies the male contestants to such a degree she's a frikking embarrassment to herself and the show.
The year she fell over herself praising pouting idiot Alex was cringe-worthy beyong belief. |

I wonder if she is taking on too much, she looks pale, her hair is lank and after the immaculate Margaret, she looks a state on many occasions and even in LA office.
As she has a family, the football job and The Apprentice, occasional Loose Women, is she doing too much. No complaints on her Mentoring the contestants but hope she isnt wearing herself out. |

Karren is definitely growing on me. I was bereft when Margaret left, but Karren is definitely an asset to the show.
Anyone who can sell her own husband for a good bit of business is a star in my eyes

I am surprised Sugar uses her as a 'trusted aide' she is anything but.
In her capacity as vice chairman (a title that was used on the football program she was on recently). She undermined the manager, Publicly saying she didnt want him. That didnt work, so she texted a couple of the key players asking them to under perform/or not play (cant remember which). Personally I am surprisd she kept her job. Surely she should have had the best interests of the club, but didnt. She has no class and I wouldnt trust her with a £5 loan. |

Her football activities are pretty much irrelevant to her Apprentice ones. Unless she were to be found guilty of cooking the books or having players bumped off I very much doubt that many people give a monkeys.
I'm sure there are a few special interest groups who could come up with some questionable activities on the part of AS himself. |

I find having a attractive, chubby middleaged lady on the Apprentice quite arousing. She has something about her, that makes me want to listen to what she says.

ACU; you would be very wise not to trust her full stop - that's all I'm going to say |
