I have 2 large quince that now need to be cooked. I have tried them in a tagine before but OH does not like fruit with meat. I do though.
Any simple ideas?

Yoy could try to make a compote, like apple sauce, or a 'quick' chutney type condiment. Both lovely with chicken, cheese, pork.

Quince is an interesting fruit. Like crab apple it is best preserved an used for chutneys, etc.
Don't forget to eat it witha runcible spoon as recommended by Edward Lear. |

Any simple ideas? It's one of those fruits that's very decorative as a tree but the fruits are best cooked rather than eaten raw (Alert - Don't go there!). |
