But what about "Yes Sir, I Can Boogie" (Baccara) and "Born To Be Alive" (Patrick Hernandez)? Not to mention the sublime "Spacer" (Sheila B. Devotion). These songs are disco heaven.

Spacer could've easily gone into that list, but, Sheila was in my Now Thast What I Call Chic! list! I think I put her at number 2

They're both gr8 too, (I'm a big fan of Belle Epoques 'ouvre'), but, alas, its hard to be choosy with so much disco gr8ness from the archives! Disco is my favourite genre (particularly space disco & eurodisco), theres till so much I left out! I should've done a top 100

No disco list can be taken seriously without either Alicia Bridge's 'I Love The Nightlife', or Hot Gossip's 'Starship Trooper'.

Personally I'd also add Bonnie Tyler's 'Married Men'

Yeah they're fab! Sylvesters 'Stars' is a big fav of mine. Im a Patrick Cowley spotter, but alot of his stuff would be more early 80's funk/r'n'b. Thats another list brewing right there...
I'll try & throw another one up by the end of the week! Just for afew disco/funk spotters out there!
