Last game I played was GTA:IV + TLAD + TBOGT, playing all the missions in as close to chronological sequence as it's possible to get.
Now I've moved onto SR2 which has been unopened gathering dust because I'd been playing and replaying GTA:IV. SR2, much less technically accomplished. Driving controls are twitchy and the physics are all wrong. Lacks the intuitiveness of the GTA series. But the story is okay and I'm sticking with it for now. All the above on PC. |

Uncharted 3 again (On normal difficulty again), I did start on Crushing but couldn't get past the end of chapter 9 (with the real thin bridge bit), I might try it again later now that I know how to use the scope on the G-Mal and know how to throwback grenades properly (I made the mistake of going in with a Riot shield and a side arm with about 30 bullets)

Picked up Skyrim today. If I came back to this thread this time next year, the answer will still be Skyrim! Put 10 hours in so far!

Been enjoying my fighters recently, Super Street Fighter IV (360) mainly, tbh you don't need any other fighter than this game, it's so deep with such variety it would take a lifetime to truly master.
Managed to pick up KOF XIII for £13 the other day, been waiting for it to come down in price. Nicely put together LE package with additional artwork CD (typical of Rising Star games). Lovely game, best KOF I've played since 98 UM. |

God of War III
I decided to begin a new play through on easy difficulty with the aim of better understanding all the defencive options available so that I might complete the game on Titan (hard), a difficulty I started and abandoned many months ago in favour of starting new games. Since returning to the game over the weekend I tried to continue where I had initially left off all that time ago and found it to be an incredible struggle. |

PC: Arma 2 Combined Operations, released with around 6 maps/islands in total by BIS developers to begin with, but thanks to a great mod community I have around 140 maps/islands now, includes ported Arma (1) islands of which I have 30ish.
Also, probably combined 1000's vehicles, unit types, weapons, aircraft, ships, munitions etc.. well you name it, if it concerns modern warfare its there, I lost count.. ![]() Great game/sim.. |

Red Dead Redemption Game of the Year Edition - I just started Undead Nightmare and I'm hating the fact that the zombies don't have much amo to loot from their corpse after killing them. I love building up my amo then letting loose on some bad guys.
La Noire - I just started this today as I only got it yesterday and I'm already hooked on it ![]() Grand Theft Auto 4 - I'm a GTA virgin (unbelievable I know but I didn't want to be playing games where prostitution and drugs were key aspects of a game) but am finding the graphics of this game to be terrible. I know it is now a very old game and the scale of project was huge but come on the faces of these characters look like they came out of the PS2. Alice Maddness Returns – Great for platformer fans but boy do we need an openworld game set in Victorian time London. As you can tell I've started a love affair with Rockstar games and openworld games. I'm actually looking for some more openworld games similar to the ones mentioned about. I know Mafia ll is supposed to be good so picking that up very soon but if anyone has any recommendations I would really appreciate your suggestions. |

Fallout NV. Must be my 10th playthrough now and I only just discovered an Alien Blaster!(which seems just as deadly as it was in fallout 3). I dont know how I missed those aliens before!.

Quite hooked on Mirrors Edge (360). It's not perfect but I loved what they tried to do with this game, I hope we see a sequel at some point.
And Kid Icarus Uprising, one of the best and most refreshing games I've played in years, I think it may even dethrone Star Fox 64 as an all time favourite. |
