Managed to get through all the way to card details then site crashed when I tried to confirm sale - it's my fault

Got back in and sorted missed the tour this year although I had second row tickets - bluddy 'flu. Something to look forward to in the depths of winter.

Got through and got decent tickets - O2 block 107 (straight on to the stage) Row D!!

A little bit different to last year's horrible seats - back row of level 4 and right at one end of the "horseshoe" and couldn't even see the screens!

Ticket Zone website crashed several times and I had to hang on for ages and ages and ages on the phone line but got through eventually and got 2nd row for Wembley!

Could have had 2nd row at the O2 - but decided that as they are on the level - it would be just my luck to sit behind the giant in the front row........

Decided that near the front of the raked lower tier would be better for us (and £20 cheaper too!)

Just bought some as a present to my Mum and Dad for there Christmas presents. Accidently ordered 3 tickets, meant to buy 2. Rang up the customer services and was prepared for 'tough luck' but they were very helpful, and was told to buy 2 more tickets and they would then refund me for the 3 I had bought accidently.

Got second row seats for Dublin, delighted, better than last tiome so roll on Feb 22nd

Me neither - but i have printed of the receipt / confirmation page I got at the end of the booking with my confirmation number!

mine came through immeidately

It arrived this morning, along with my refund confirmation so all is good

I know Ticketzone usually send out a confirmation once your credit card transaction has been confirmed.

I got mine pretty instantly yesterday but I do know there are sometimes it takes a day or so.
I think you get a reference confirmation instantly but full confirmation as per above.

And there is a customer services email address if you want to find out your seat numbers (as these are usually not in the original reference). I emailed to get them yesterday and got the reply back a couple of hours later.
